Arctic Holiday is an ambitious company offering a broad range of services and activities to individuals and groups who want to explore Arctic destinations in the best possible way.

We specialise in itineraries in the amazing Arctic wilderness. We have been supplying businesses and agents around the world for over 10 years, and are now excited to offer our experiences and expertise to savvy individuals and groups directly online.

All the founders and owners of Arctic Holiday Ltd either come from or live in Arctic Norway, and started to company view a view to share these destinations in a sustainable manner with the world.

Therefor we are a UK based company with an office in London, but we also have offices in Tromsø, Oslo and Bergen, who coordinate all our trips, guides and logistics. This makes us unique in that we have our very own network of reliable experts, be it our Northern Lights guides or our polar history experts. In our other destinations like Iceland and Finland we work only with the best providers of activities, excursions and accommodation. In short: We know the Arctic like the back of our hand!

How We Work

We offer full trip itineraries as well as individual shorter experiences online. Savvy travellers pick and choose their destinations and what they want to eat, see and do, so we try and make your choices extensive and easy. We now offer flights to all our destinations, which are all ATOL protected, making your booking easy and safe. Our ATOL number can be found at the bottom and top of all our webpages and each trip booked will have an ATOL certificate with it if it includes flights and accommodation.

We also have a custom made service. We have been tailoring programs for groups of discerning travellers and businesses for years, and we do our utmost to make your visions reality! Any groups of more than 8 people come under this, and we are also here to help you should you have any questions about anything you have booked online. Contact us.

Where We Go

Our passion is for the Arctic and all amazing experiences that can be had there. The areas North of the Arctic Circle are vast and have a lot to offer! In addition to Arctic Norway and Svalbard, land of the polar bear and the archipelago where most expeditions to the North Pole start, we offer trips to Iceland, Lapland (Arctic Finland) and occasionally to Greenland.
